We are producing nozzle tips made of CRN 18 special steel. Rough surface generated while processing injecting hole and internal oil pocket part is ground by electrolytic machine. This makes oil flow smooth. We are also conducting ion nitrogen process in order to enhance the strength of surface. This improves the effectiveness of wear proof and extend life span of nozzle tips. |
